Abdulla Bin Falah Bin Abdulla Al-Dosari
Abdulla Bin Falah Bin Abdulla Al-Dosari earned his higher education degree in political science from Portland State University in the United States in 1980 and received an honorary doctorate from the European University in Geneva in 2010. In 2007, he was awarded the Grand-Croix medal by King Albert II of Belgium, in 2014, the Great Silver Medal (with Star) by Dr. Heinz Fischer, President of the Republic of Austria, and in 2019, the Grand Order of the Alawite Order, the highest honor bestowed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco to leaders and distinguished individuals. Previously, he served as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Austria, the Kingdom of Morocco, Pakistan, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
