The Rudolf Kalman Foundation for Óbuda University is required to establish and operate a supervisory board in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. The Foundation has a Supervisory Board consisting of three natural persons, whose primary task is to supervise the Board of Trustees in order to safeguard the interests of the Foundation.
