Tuition fees
All tuition fees must be paid prior to enrolment. Proof of payment via bank transfer will need to be presented. In cases of either late or partially paid tuition fees, the University reserves the right to refuse enrolment.
NOTE
- Tuition fees are generally non-refundable.
- The University shall refund the full tuition fee paid by the applicant if the Program is cancelled;
- The University shall refund the tuition fee paid by the applicant if the applicant attends the visa interview and submits all the necessary documents and the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing still rejects their visa request. In this case the applicant is asked to provide Óbuda University a copy of the rejection letter issued by the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing with an official request letter. The latest date of the refund request is 30 days from the issued date of rejection letter of National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing, after this term we can not refund your tuition fee.
- Inquire in your bank if there is a handling fee for your money transfer to ensure that full tuition amount be transferred.
- The application fee is 150 EUR – non refundable!
