Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme
Stipendium Hungaricum, the Hungarian Government’s most prestigious higher education scholarship programme, offers a wide range of courses for international students.
The programme, founded by the Hungarian Governement in 2013, is supervised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and managed by the Tempus Public Foundation.

- In case you are interested, contact the sending partner in your country
- With the help of the application guide, submit all the necessary application documents to the online application system of Tempus Public Foundation (TPF).

Each year, the Tempus Public Foundation (TPF) announces a dissertation scholarship application for Stipendium Hungaricum doctoral students who have obtained their pre-degree certificate (absolutorium) but have not yet received their doctoral degree.
