Course Description:
By building on local tradition and looking at the global world, a glocal entrepreneurial value system is emerging. The aim of this course is to present the evolution of this glocal entrepreneurial value system through four perspectives and to help you to navigate the latest literature. The course will address how to make innovative culture and climate a common practice within organisations. Topics such as managing organic change, experiential innovation, strengthening design thinking will be covered. The innovative space and the role of sponsors, investors, and moneymakers who support innovation will also be a key moment in this course. The innovation management course will go beyond traditional definitions of innovation and focus on the subtleties and management methods related to innovation.
