Highest amount in the Erasmus Creditmobility (KA171) application
Among the Hungarian higher education institutions, Obuda University won the highest grant amount in the 2022 round. In the Erasmus KA171 tender coordinated and submitted by the International Education Office, an exceptionally high amount not only nationally, but also in the history of OU, provides an opportunity to achieve the internationalization objectives set out in the Institutional Development Plan, and to allow Obuda University to further expand and develop their international relations.
The Erasmus+ program has been running successfully at the university for several years, the aim of the current KA171 program is "international mobility of third countries not associated with the program", strengthening of existing relationships, joint research, development of possible double degree programs.
In the above mentioned round, OU won teaching, staff and student places in 10 regions with 25 countries, a total of 198 mobilities in the amount of EUR 623,810. In the tender two years ago, the university won EUR 508,990, which was the second highest amount of support at the time.
