Proceedings of CANDO-EPE 2021 is included to IEEE Xplore

This year the event was organized in a hybrid way, ie it was possible to present the paper either personally onsite or via Zoom platform. After the conference all papers had been posted to the IEEE Xplore digital library. According to the conference cooperation, IEEE provided ISBN and DOI numbers on the papers, which gives a high-level acknowledgement for the proceedings.
