Studies
Within the framework of the Pannonia Scholarship Programme, students of Obuda University may participate in long-term Student Mobility for Studies at partner higher education institutions abroad. The aim of the mobility is to enable students to continue their studies in an international environment, gain new academic and cultural experiences, and develop their language and intercultural competences.
Student Mobility for Studies is a credit-bearing mobility activity based on an inter-institutional agreement, during which students complete part of their studies at a foreign partner institution. The studies completed abroad can be recognised by Obuda University in accordance with the student’s study programme.
Duration of mobility – Minimum 2 months, maximum 12 months
Maximum funded period – 12 months
Possible destinations – Higher education institutions abroad; only partner institutions of Obuda University
Supported activity – Student Mobility for Studies at a partner institution
Credit requirement – A minimum of 15 ECTS credits must be completed and recognised upon return
Eligible applicants – Students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes
The studies completed abroad must be relevant to the student’s degree programme. The recognition of credits and the academic requirements must be agreed upon and recorded in the Learning Agreement before the start of the mobility period.
Grant Amount
The scholarship amount depends on the destination country group.

- The scholarship may only be awarded for the period of physical mobility.
- The scholarship is not necessarily sufficient to cover all costs related to the stay abroad; therefore, participants may need to supplement it with additional financial resources or pre-financing.

Excellence Scholarship
Within the framework of the Pannonia Excellence Scholarship, the most outstanding students of Obuda University may undertake a study period at one of the world’s leading higher education institutions.
The programme provides an opportunity to study at one of the universities ranked among the top 250 institutions in the Times Higher Education (THE) or QS World University Rankings for a period of 1–6 months, supported by an enhanced scholarship grant.
