The university is launching a fundraiser

To help the victims of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Óbuda University is launching a fundraiser in cooperation with the Hungarian Red Cross and the Hungarian Baptist Aid. The Students’ Government is looking for students and staff who want to donate at the following locations and times.

What is needed:


Canned foods

powdered soups, canned ready meals, foods that can be eaten cold (liver cream, pâté, canned fruit, etc.), 3 in 1 coffee, mineral water, soft drinks in 0.5 L packs, soft drinks with a straw, chocolate, croissants, Dörmi sponge cake slices for kid, biscuits, salty snacks (breadcrumbs, pretzels) bottled baby food, formula.
Toiletries

soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, wet wipes, disinfectant wipes, sanitary napkin, diaper, sanitary pads, tampons, paper handkerchief
Blankets, sleeping bags, pillows

(Organizers are asking people not to bring clothes as donations!)
Garbage bags, rubber gloves, disinfectants

Extension cords, phone chargers, baby bottles

For the arriving refugees received at the Nyugati Railway Station: packed ready sandwiches, chocolate, biscuits, muesli bar, 0.5 L water, soft drinks with straws, paper handkerchiefs, nylon bags for packaging.
