For Partners
Each mobility period begins with the official nomination of students by the partner institution’s representative (hereafter referred to as the partner coordinator). Nominations are submitted through our International Application System, for which each partner has been provided with one or more accounts. If the partner is unfamiliar with the process or unsure about their existing access, we kindly ask them to contact the International Mobility Office at incoming@uni-obuda.hu.
Please note that we only accept students who have been officially nominated by our partner universities!
To support the process, partners automatically receive reminders from the system when the nomination period opens and again shortly before the deadline.
Semester deadlines
Autumn semesters
Nomination from 15th March to 01st June.
Application for students from 15th March to 15th June.
Please note, that if a visa application is required, applications must be submitted earlier, no later than 1st June.
Spring semesters
Nomination from 1st October to 1th November
Application for students from 1st October to 10th November
