The Grant Office is an organizational unit that supports the implementation of university grant applications. Its main tasks are related to the submission and implementation of grant applications, as well as the monitoring and recording of their implementation and maintenance. Within this framework, it performs university-level grant monitoring and grant generation tasks, both domestically and internationally (maintaining the H2020/Horizon Europe information point), assists in the submission of applications, the conclusion of contracts, and the implementation and maintenance of tasks. It actively participates in the development of university regulations, processes and procedures related to the implementation of applications, keeps records of application activities at the university level, monitors their progress, and assists in their implementation by providing advice. With the approval of the rector, it performs project management tasks, primarily in the case of university-wide applications.
