To safeguard against fraudulent communication and ensure the integrity of the admissions process, Obuda University issues the following guidance for all prospective applicants
2, All official correspondence from Obuda University is conducted exclusively via email addresses ending in @uni-obuda.hu. Communications originating from any other domain shall not be regarded as official and should be reported to the University without delay.
3, All official documents pertaining to the application process must be accessed and downloaded solely through the University’s dedicated application portal: https://mobility.uni-obuda.hu. Documents received through alternative channels shall be considered invalid or counterfeit.
4, Any official document issued by Obuda University will contain all required specific details, including:
- the applicant’s full name and passport number;
- the field of study;
- the name and academic level of the programme;
- the relevant semester or academic year;
- applicable University policies and procedural guidance, including visa-related instructions where relevant.
5, All official documents issued by Obuda University are signed by duly authorised personnel. The identity and official position of the signatory must be clearly stated and verifiable through the University’s official website and organisational structure.
6, No scholarship, whether conditional or final, is granted or confirmed through the letter of acceptance. Any reference to scholarship awards in such a document should be treated with caution and reported.
