More and more foreign students

For the second time this academic year, Prof. Dr. Levente Kovács, Rector of the Óbuda University, welcomed the first-year foreign students and those who came for part-time studies in the framework of the Erasmus programme.

The Óbuda University is becoming increasingly popular with foreign students, whether they are studying for a degree or an exchange programme. This year, nearly 170 students came for a full degree programme, mainly under the Stipendium Hungaricum programme. Experience has shown that the number of students from partner universities abroad is also returning to its usual level under the Erasmus programme, with 96 students joining the international community of the ÓU this year.
