Course Description:
The purpose of the subject is the physical, physiological and psychophysical basics of colors, color communication. Introducing the basic principles of color systems and the methods and tools of color measurement. Presentation of the application of basic knowledge of color theory and color metrics in the printing industry.

5th Week: Human color vision

7th Week: CIE colorimetry
8th Week: CIE colorimetry
9th Week: CIE colorimetry
10th Week: Color measurement demonstration
11th Week: Color related visual phenomena, chromatic adaptation
12th Week: Standard color management
13th Week: Test
Assessment: Working activity in the classroom and the final test ( The minimum result 50% must be achieved to obtain a signature).
